This hands-on position involves operating packaging equipment, monitoring production, performing changeovers, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or machine operation experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Previous machine operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment
- Perform machine changeovers and adjustments
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Load materials and handle finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
