About The Position

The Manufacturing Assembly Worker helps assemble American-made security products at a manufacturing facility in Payson, Utah. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $17.50 per hour, with an anticipated start date of ASAP. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, either 5:00 AM–3:30 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, depending on availability. Mandatory overtime may be required as production demands.

Requirements

• Be willing and available to work mandatory overtime as production demands require.
• Follow verbal and written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Show strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Be able to perform essential assembly duties, including standing, handling materials, and repetitive tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Be willing to learn assembly procedures and work in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly techniques.
• Experience in a production facility, warehouse, or industrial setting.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, production-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, production specifications, and quality standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Install, position, and secure parts and components during assembly.
• Inspect assembled products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality.
• Follow production procedures to meet daily manufacturing goals.
• Work with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to maintain efficient production.
• Keep the workstation clean, safe, and organized while following workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with material handling, product preparation, and other assigned production duties.
