About The Position

The Production Associate IV operates a stuffing machine on the second shift. The role involves checking product weights and specifications, monitoring production and equipment, completing required paperwork, coordinating with team members, and reporting production, safety, or machine issues to a supervisor or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Check UPC and Bell jar weights every 30 minutes.
• Ensure the UPC and product specifications are correct.
• Communicate changeovers to line and team members.
• Keep rework totes from overfilling to help reduce strenuous injuries.
• Perform Grinder Checks every three hours of the shift or as directed by the Supervisor.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Help coordinate rotation for breaks and lunches.
• Monitor the line and provide feedback as necessary.
• Notify the Supervisor or Maintenance of safety or machine issues.
• Inform the Shift Supervisor or Lead about production changes or safety issues.
