About The Position

Nixon Medical is hiring a Production Associate to help prepare and process medical textiles so customers receive high-quality products. This is an active, standing position requiring reliability and teamwork. The role is available on either a first shift, Monday through Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., or a second shift, Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Be a dependable team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Be able to stand for extended periods.
• Be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Past experience in a production environment is a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare medical garments and linens for processing.
• Operate industrial equipment to clean, press, and package items.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support safety.
• Work with the team to meet production goals and deliver service to customers.
