About The Position

The Production Associate I conducts visual and dimensional inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of manufactured products. The role uses inspection tools and software, supports continuous improvement, and performs equipment and workstation maintenance. The associate must follow policies and procedures related to GMP, QMS, and SOPs, and meet the work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.

This is an onsite, second-shift position scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Compensation is USD 24.90 per hour plus a USD 2 shift differential. Travel is not required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections and use inspection tools to ensure quality and consistency.
• Use standard inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gages, and a comparator.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by exposing problems, collecting data to solve problems, and suggesting improvement ideas.
• Perform dimensional layout inspections on in-house and vended manufactured products.
• Complete Autonomous Maintenance on equipment, including cleaning equipment and the workstation.
• Use software platforms such as SharePoint, Oracle, and Access.
• Understand and follow policies and procedures related to GMP, QMS, and SOPs.
• Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
