Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify items needing proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. The employee is also expected to maintain a clean work area. The position uses performance-based incentive pay. The employee must meet or exceed a production standard for hanging garments; additional compensation, such as higher hourly pay, is tied to exceeding production standards. The stated base pay estimate is $17.70–$20.65 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance. The position is regular, full-time, and scheduled for the second shift. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old. The hiring process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
