About The Position

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a seasonal Show Team Production Assistant to support its production team. The role works with show team producers and associate producers on show elements, assists with booking and communicating with artists, coordinates with support departments throughout production, and prepares and distributes show-related materials and documents.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of production experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac.
• Knowledge of video file formats, video transcoding, and video editing.
• Internet savvy, with strong research skills.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Extensive knowledge of pop culture, politics, and Internet culture.
• Ability to work under constant deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a daily production team in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with show team producers and associate producers to support all show elements.
• Assist with booking and liaise with artists appearing on the show.
• Work with support departments during all stages of production.
• Prepare and distribute show-related elements and documents.
