About The Position

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a seasonal Show Team Production Assistant to support the production team. The role works with show team producers and associate producers on show elements, artist bookings, production coordination, and preparation and distribution of show-related materials. The position requires production experience, technical proficiency across Windows and Mac systems, strong research and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively under constant deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of production experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac.
• Knowledge of video file formats, video transcoding, and video editing.
• Internet savvy with strong research skills.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Obsessive knowledge of pop culture, politics, and Internet culture.
• Ability to work under constant deadline.
• Ability to multitask and possess excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment as a member of a daily production team.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with show team producers and associate producers to support all show elements.
• Assist with booking and liaise with artists appearing on the show.
• Work with support departments during all stages of production.
• Prepare and distribute show-related elements and documents.
