Requirements
- Physically able to fulfill the responsibilities of the job classification through good manual dexterity.
- Prepared to work in a cooperative environment with other employees.
- Good written and communication skills.

- Job related continued education.
- Become familiar with machine cleanup procedures.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, handle, and package products as directed by the Shift Supervisor.
- Separate scrap from good quality products.
- Demonstrate flexibility in product handling and machine attending.
- Perform required post molding operations and packaging of product.
- Be cooperative and supportive with other employees in the work area.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, organized, and safe working area.
- Warn or report equipment or machine failures or malfunctions to the Supervisor.
- Assist Material Handlers in packaging, labeling, regrind handling, and other related duties.
- Feed product through the press and inspect printed or non-printed products to meet quality requirements.
- Handle other assignments as directed by the Supervisor.
