About The Position

The Production Assistant works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, supporting daily batch production. The role operates and adjusts production equipment in accordance with instructions and manufacturing specifications, and maintains accurate daily production records to support analysis of manufacturing performance. The position requires safe equipment operation and frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.

• Operate production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
