The position of Production Assembler consists of working as part of a team having responsibility for assembling LUMINOR’s UV disinfection systems and related components. Ensure top quality products are prepared for on time delivery.

Requirements

• Completed secondary school (or equivalent)
• Attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communications skills
• Good hand/eye dexterity
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physically fit
• Legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for any employer.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with material handling would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team having responsibility for assembling LUMINOR’s UV disinfection systems and related components.
• Ensure top quality products are prepared for on time delivery.
• Responsible for a variety of tasks related to the general light assembly of water purification treatment systems.
• Stocking and replenishing inventory.
• Completing aftermarket part orders.
• UV lamp and controller testing.
• Packaging.
• Mark and tag components for inventory tracking and identification.
• Assist in the production of wiring assemblies.
• Rotate through various tasks within the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by the Production Manager.
