Production & Assembly Associate
About The Position
Owlkrown is looking for hands-on people to join our production team in Doral. This is an entry-level position with no previous manufacturing experience required. We are seeking individuals who are good with their hands, pay attention to detail, and are willing to learn. This role offers a great opportunity to acquire new skills, work with your hands, and be part of a local manufacturing environment. Retirees and seniors looking for steady hourly work are also welcome to apply. Owlkrown designs and manufactures camera accessories in its facility in Doral, Florida. You will be working directly with products that are designed, manufactured, assembled, and shipped from this facility.
Requirements
- Good manual skills and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to small details
- Ability to follow instructions and repeat a process consistently
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working with small parts and basic hand tools
- Willingness to learn
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assemble camera grips and accessories
- Build and finish camera straps
- Install small hardware and components
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks
