About The Position

This is a full-time position operating in a warehouse environment. The role involves assembling panel components using hand and power tools, following established processes, and maintaining accurate records. The Production Assembler will conduct quality inspections, collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, and adhere to all safety protocols. The position requires the ability to read specifications, work independently and in a team, and possess basic computer literacy and strong communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
  • May be required to frequently lift to 50 lbs. Depending on the job.
  • Hand dexterity and strength.
  • Prolonged sitting and terminal use.
  • Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
  • Candidates must provide truthful and complete information regarding their eligibility to work in the U.S. and any current or future need for employment sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble panel components using hand tools and power tools, such as drills, impact drivers, and grinders to assist in the assembly process.
  • Follow established processes to complete daily operational tasks within defined standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly work, including materials used and any issues encountered.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of assembled panels to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, while identifying and addressing any defects.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
