Production Assembler- (Doors) 2nd Shift- 3pm-11:30pm
About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Production Assembler specializing in doors, working the second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves assembling hinged door components using hand and power tools, assisting with material handling, and adhering to established processes and safety protocols. The position is located at 2200 E. Riverview Dr., Phoenix, AZ, with a pay rate of $20/hr plus a $2.50/hr shift differential. Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
- Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.
- Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must provide truthful and complete information regarding eligibility to work in the U.S. and any current or future need for employment sponsorship.

- 0-1 years of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble hinged door components using hand tools and power tools, such as drills, impact drivers, and grinders to assist in the assembly process.
- Assist with material handling, moving components to and from the assembly line.
- Follow established processes to complete daily operational tasks within defined standards.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
- Other duties may be assigned.
