About The Position

This role is part of the final assembly team responsible for building our liquid cooling systems. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Assembler will play a critical role in assembling cutting-edge cooling technology that is shaping the future of data centers, edge computing, and high-performance computing.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Attention to detail with the ability to produce work within quality specifications.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
Experience with one or more of the following: Small-gauge wire, Control panel wiring, Mechanical assembly, Piping installation, Controls installation, setup, and testing.
Ability to prioritize completing tasks while meeting critical deadlines.
Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a multicultural, global team with diverse backgrounds and time zones.

Responsibilities

Assemble LiquidStack products according to work instructions and drawings, under the direction of the Production Lead.
Follow all safety protocols, ergonomic best practices, and quality control procedures to ensure consistent product performance.
Adhere to the production schedule, including on-time attendance and participation in overtime as required.
Participate in training programs, process improvement initiatives, and team development activities.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
Actively support workplace safety programs, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
