About The Position

Requirements

• Production mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Effective communication skills at all levels of the company.
• Ability to operate hand tools, air tools, torque wrenches, etc.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products mechanically in assigned area while focused on quality and on time delivery of goods.
• Be flexible in daily activities to meet overall production requirements.
• Learn new tasks with minimal supervision and instructions.
• Foster a safe environment where productivity and efficiency are the main focus.
• Utilize ITW principles and philosophies: simplify, focus, trust, empower.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized cell at all times.
• Follow all safety and QMS procedures and processes.
• Be a Champion of 5S, follow 5S principles and practices.
• Have full working knowledge of the Production Board and be able to use it to guide daily work.
