About The Position

Natus Medical is seeking a Production Assembler for a temporary contract assignment at its facility in Middleton, Wisconsin. The role involves assembling components used in medical equipment that supports healthcare professionals and patients in neurological care. The position is 100% onsite, with no travel, and the contract is anticipated to last through January 2027. Pay is $21.00 per hour, with overtime paid at $31.50 per hour.

This hands-on contractor role includes working with electronics, computers, cables, and mechanical components. The assembler uses basic hand tools, assembly instructions, and drawings to build components, checks work against quality standards, prepares parts and kits, completes production records, and follows established quality procedures. The role also involves coordinating with coworkers to meet production goals while maintaining a focus on quality and patient safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–6 months of assembly experience or related training.
• Ability to read and follow basic written instructions and assembly drawings in English.
• Basic written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Dependability and interest in hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using basic hand tools, assembly instructions, and drawings.
