About The Position

Natus Medical is seeking a Production Assembler for a temporary contract assignment at its Middleton, Wisconsin facility. The contractor will assemble components used in medical equipment supporting neurological care, working with electronics, computers, cables, and mechanical components. The role is 100% onsite, with no travel, and the contract is anticipated to last through January 2027. Pay is $21.00 per hour, with overtime paid at $31.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–6 months of assembly experience or related training.
• Ability to read and follow basic written instructions and assembly drawings in English.
• Basic written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Dependability and an interest in hands-on work.

• Interest in electronics, mechanical assembly, computers, or working with tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using basic hand tools, assembly instructions, and drawings.
• Handle electronic equipment, computers, cables, and other components used in medical devices.
• Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Prepare parts and kits for production and assist with stockroom and shipping activities when needed.
• Complete production records and follow established quality procedures.
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet production goals while maintaining a focus on quality and patient safety.
