About The Position

LiquidStack is one of the fastest-growing innovators in advanced liquid cooling technology powering AI, hyperscale data centers, and high-performance computing. As a Production Assembler, you will play a key role in building high-quality cooling systems through mechanical assembly, wiring, testing, and final product inspection. This is an entry-level manufacturing position for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning new technical skills, and taking pride in producing quality products. You'll receive training across multiple production processes while working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new assembly techniques.
  • Ability to read tape measures and follow written work instructions, assembly drawings, and diagrams.
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, automotive, HVAC, or hands-on mechanical experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with manufacturing, assembly, wiring, or production environments.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components.
  • Experience with quality inspections or testing.
  • Forklift or material handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products, components, and subassemblies by following work instructions, engineering drawings, bills of material (BOMs), and visual work instructions.
  • Perform mechanical assembly, including installation of frames, panels, piping, fittings, and hardware.
  • Perform basic electrical assembly such as routing cables, terminating wires, installing connectors, sensors, switches, and other electrical components.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and other production equipment.
  • Rotate through multiple assembly stations and learn different manufacturing processes.
  • Perform basic functional testing, leak testing, continuity checks, and visual inspections.
  • Identify assembly issues or product defects and communicate concerns to Production Leads or Quality.
  • Accurately complete production documentation and test records.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts when quality or assembly issues are identified.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspect work throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Maintain a quality-first mindset by paying close attention to detail and workmanship.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and required PPE requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles.
  • Safely use tools, equipment, and materials while following standard operating procedures.
  • Immediately report safety concerns, equipment issues, or quality problems.
  • Actively contribute to a culture where safety, quality, and respect are everyone's responsibility.
  • Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Participate in cross-training to develop additional production skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting changing production priorities and new product builds.
  • Contribute ideas that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and workflow.
