About The Position

This is a part-time, temporary position responsible for performing routine, non-technical production tasks in a manufacturing environment. Duties primarily include machine-assisted marking, bagging, tagging, and packaging of parts and assemblies in accordance with established work instructions and quality standards. Employment is expected to be temporary based on business needs and does not guarantee continued or full-time employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No prior electrical or technical experience required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic attention to detail and quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must demonstrate professional, respectful behavior with coworkers and supervisors

Nice To Haves

• Basic computer or machine interface skills preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate marking equipment or machines following established work instructions
• Bag, tag, label, and package parts and assemblies accurately
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and identification prior to packaging
• Inspect parts for obvious defects or damage prior to marking and packaging
• Maintain accurate labeling and documentation as required
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards
• Notify supervision of equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns
• Perform other non-technical production tasks as assigned
