About The Position
AriensCo is seeking self-starting, motivated Assemblers to join our team in Fayetteville, TN. This role involves the safe operation of machinery and tools, working as part of a team to assemble outdoor power equipment, and performing assembly-type functions using hand or power tools. The position requires strict adherence to standard work procedures, assisting team members as needed, and effective problem-solving and communication skills. Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
- Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
- Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Capable of adhering to Standard Work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Desire for personal development and growth
