About The Position

This role is for a Production Assembler I on the first shift, working from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $14.00 per hour. The position involves assembling products, meeting productivity and quality standards, and maintaining accurate records. The assembler will also be responsible for adhering to safety and quality policies, and working cooperatively with team members, including individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Consistently meets production targets after training period.
Demonstrates ability to perform visual inspection of assemblies with a high-quality standard.
Must communicate well with others.
Able to lift 30 - 40 pounds with assistance.
Good manual dexterity requiring hand-eye coordination.
Upper body repetitive motion requiring standing to perform tasks.
May be required to stand or sit for long periods of time.
Demonstrated ability to read and do basic math functions.
High school diploma/GED or proven work experience in related field.
