You will work with the production team and shop leads to follow documented procedures and complete assemblies on the 1st shift. This is an onsite role, Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm (5x8 days).

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings and company manufacturing documents
  • Basic computer skills and basic reading ability
  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
  • Good manual dexterity to work with small parts and perform fine tasks
  • Capability to perform basic mathematics and follow established procedures
  • Clean record for ATF

  • Previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per instructions and procedures
  • Review shop traveler/route cards or uncomplicated schematics to confirm correct sequence of operations
  • Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
  • Adjust, bend, align and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
  • Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies and use ovens or direct heating elements; perform in-process testing
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures consistently
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; accommodate variable schedules, nights/weekends, and additional hours as necessary
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned
