About The Position

The Assembler assembles various products and assists team members across different product lines. The role requires following instructions and established processes carefully, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner, maintaining attention to detail, and complying with safety and 5S standards. Duties include soldering and notifying a supervisor of incompatibilities encountered during assembly. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including use of Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with test and measurement devices such as a multimeter and ruler.
• Ability to record results or findings on a traveler.
• Comfort working hands-on with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift objects or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of self and the organization.
• Basic written and oral English communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and adhere to processes and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of drawings and schematics as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree.
• Electronic soldering experience.
