You will work on the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM) onsite, collaborating with production leads and quality teams to meet schedule and safety goals. Your role ensures consistent output and supports downstream manufacturing and inspection processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant assembler experience
• Experience reading blueprints or schematic drawings
• Strong communication skills
• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for small-part assembly
• Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
• Basic math skills and ability to follow safety and operating instructions
• U.S. person status required (ITAR-restricted role)

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace experience
• Sewing experience (industrial sewing machine experience will be required on the job)
• Troubleshooting knowledge

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per work instructions
• Review shop traveler/route card or simple schematics to confirm correct sequence of operations
• Position very small parts using microscopes, tweezers, or fixtures
• Adjust, bend, align and solder fine wires to components
• Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies and perform in-process testing
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Be prepared to work variable schedules, including occasional nights/weekends and additional hours as necessary
