About The Position

You will join the production team to perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly tasks that keep manufacturing lines moving. You will work onsite on a first shift schedule (start between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM; Monday–Friday) and occasionally support evening/weekend overtime to meet production needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to attend work reliably and maintain excellent attendance
  • Willingness and ability to be coached and follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to pass an FAA drug screen and random drug testing (safety-sensitive role)
  • Successful completion of a hands-on assessment

Nice To Haves

  • Background or experience as an auto mechanic (may be considered for Assembler 1)

Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations per defined instructions and work orders
  • Follow company safety procedures and comply with safety-sensitive requirements
  • Complete hands-on assembly assessments as part of the hiring process and demonstrate consistent quality of work
  • Collaborate with leads and peers, accept coaching, and maintain excellent attendance to meet guaranteed hours
  • Support shift handoffs and occasional overtime to help meet production targets
