About The Position

This role involves assembling water treatment systems according to detailed drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Key tasks include preparing and joining PVC piping, installing various system components such as piping, tubing, valves, pumps, instrumentation, and electrical parts. The position also requires performing tests, inspections, and basic troubleshooting, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams is essential to meet production schedules.

Requirements

• Experience using common hand and power tools.
• Ability to make accurate measurements and precise cuts using saws and other fabrication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, professional products.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret assembly drawings and instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while taking direction from supervisors.
• Self-motivated with the initiative to identify and complete tasks independently.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and focused on quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble water treatment systems according to drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Cut, prepare, and solvent weld PVC piping and fittings.
• Install piping, tubing, valves, pumps, instrumentation, and electrical components.
• Perform testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet production schedules.
