You will work onsite on the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM) and collaborate with the manufacturing team, supervisors, and quality inspectors to meet production targets and maintain process compliance. Your role directly impacts product readiness and downstream assembly operations.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant assembler experience
  • Experience reading blueprints or schematic drawings
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or relevant combination of education and experience
  • Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
  • Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery and perform basic mathematics
  • Ability to follow safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Aerospace industry experience
  • Sewing experience or willingness to learn industrial sewing machine use
  • Troubleshooting knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per work instructions and procedures
  • Review shop traveler/route cards or schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operations
  • Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
  • Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
  • Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies and use ovens or direct heating elements for curing
  • Carry out in-process testing and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work variable schedules including nights/weekends as needed
