About The Position

This is an onsite role working a 4/10 schedule (Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:30pm). You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly work that keeps production moving and meets quality and safety standards. You will impact the production team and downstream assembly/test operations by following documented procedures and maintaining consistent attendance.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and understand English and follow process instructions
• Effective communication skills and willingness to learn
• Good mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
• Basic math skills and ability to read/interpret company documents, safety rules, and manufacturing instructions

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational training or apprenticeship experience helpful
• Ability to read and understand drawings/blueprints
• Prior experience working with hand tools

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per instructions and procedures
• Review shop traveler/route card or simple schematic drawings to confirm sequence of operations
• Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
• Adjust, bend, align and solder fine wires to resistors and parts; bond or seal assemblies with epoxy and cure using heaters/ovens
• Perform in-process testing and follow safety policies and procedures
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may need to work nights, weekends, or additional hours as necessary
