About The Position

Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 1. You will help the team produce mechanical and electromechanical assemblies that support critical product lines. In this onsite role you will work first shift (Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–8:00 AM start window) with occasional evening/weekend overtime, contributing to consistent production output and safety compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Consistent, excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to be coached and follow detailed instructions
  • Willingness to complete and pass a hands-on skills assessment

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following defined instructions and safety procedures
  • Complete a hands-on assessment as part of the interview process and demonstrate the ability to follow coaching and feedback
  • Maintain reliable attendance to meet guaranteed hours and production schedules
  • Participate in random drug testing and comply with FAA drug screen requirements for this safety-sensitive role
