You will work primarily onsite on the 1st shift (M–F, 5:00am–1:30pm) in Simi Valley, CA, collaborating with production leads, quality, and manufacturing peers to meet schedule and safety targets. Your accuracy and consistency affect downstream assembly, test, and shipping outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field
  • Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
  • Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery
  • Basic mathematics capability
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine assembly of small mechanical and electromechanical parts per instructions and procedures
  • Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm sequence of operations
  • Position very small parts using binocular microscope, tweezers, or fixtures
  • Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
  • Bond or seal assemblies with epoxy and use ovens or direct heating elements for curing
  • Conduct in-process testing and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work variable schedules, nights, weekends, or additional hours as needed
