You will impact production throughput and product reliability by following documented procedures and working closely with the manufacturing team on a 1st shift, onsite schedule (Monday–Friday, early morning shift). Your work supports downstream assembly, testing, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant assembler experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Assembler experience with blueprint reading knowledge and strong communication skills
  • Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
  • Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery and perform basic mathematics
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures
  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per instructions and procedures
  • Review shop traveler/route cards or schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operations
  • Position very small parts using microscopes, tweezers, or fixtures and perform precise adjustments (bending, aligning, soldering)
  • Bond or seal parts with epoxies and use ovens or direct heating elements; perform in-process testing
  • Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; accommodate nights, weekends, variable schedules, or additional hours as needed
