A Prophix, Product Adoption Analyst is a dynamic individual looking to transition into a fast-paced customer-oriented role. The position will report to a Manager, Product Adoption within the Customer Success team, and work extensively with various internal and external clients. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be mature and confident when dealing with high level customer executives. Additionally, we are looking for an individual who will support existing client solutions. There is a significant amount of time spent interfacing with our clients remotely, and the position requires a comfortable, confident individual.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing, data-driven role (e.g., Customer Success, Product Support, Implementation, Business/Data Analyst)
  • Experience using data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities and drive action
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers, projects, or priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel and SQL for data analysis
  • Legally authorized to work in the country where this role is located

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Exposure to product usage data, customer analytics, or adoption metrics
  • Academic or practical knowledge of financial concepts (planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation)
  • Experience supporting or contributing to software implementations or onboarding programs
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and address issues
  • Experience creating scalable resources (documentation, training, playbooks)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer usage data and behavior to identify adoption gaps and opportunities
  • Drive product adoption initiatives that move customers from onboarding to sustained usage
  • Partner with customers to provide best practice guidance and model design recommendations tailored to their needs
  • Deliver training and enablement that simplifies complex product concepts and drives user confidence
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through challenges and influencing product usage decisions
  • Support and resolve client issues, including solution validation, performance testing, and troubleshooting
  • Create scalable resources (documentation, videos, playbooks) to improve customer experience at scale
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, programs, and the overall customer journey
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to internal initiatives that enhance adoption and efficiency
