About The Position

This is an hourly position for a Production 2nd Shift worker at Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. The role involves operating machines, cleaning equipment, performing minor adjustments, and loading materials. The position requires the ability to work independently, follow instructions, and perform basic math. Overtime, evenings, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

Operating machines
Scrubbing pipe fittings and machines with chemical solutions and brushes
Dismantling and reassembling machines
Attaching pipes and fitting to the machines using wrenches
Opening containers and bags to dump various ingredients into machine hoppers
Starting and stopping machines and equipment
Loading cartons into machines
Making minor adjustments to machines as needed to maintain operations
Climbing, stooping, crawling, twisting, turning, and moving objects above and below the head
Walking continuously
Filling out daily written reports
