About The Position

Vishay Electro Films is seeking a Product Verification and Capacitance Tester to join their team in Warwick, Rhode Island. This on-site role involves approving finished products by confirming specifications, entering production data, performing measurements using a microscope to ensure compliance, and determining product quality based on customer and internal specifications. The position requires meticulous documentation of results, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to safety regulations. The ability to read and interpret internal process instructions is essential, along with performing other duties as required.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent hand eye coordination and finger dexterity required.
Demonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts.
Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.
Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Approves finished products by confirming specifications.
Enter all pertinent information required into production logs.
Perform measurements to ensure material process specification compliance by using a microscope.
Apply customer & internal specifications to determine quality of product.
Documents measurement results by completing reports and logs.
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret internal process instructions.
Other duties as required.
