About The Position

Transform is the AI-native platform for managing and orchestrating change across complex enterprise systems landscapes. We empower consultants and companies with superpowers - capturing and organizing knowledge, turning it into actionable artifacts and work plans, and accelerating project delivery to radically simplify how organizations manage change. We’re a well-funded startup led by a successful repeat founder and backed by top investors.

We’re looking for a Product & UX Designer, someone obsessed with understanding user needs, translating vision into product, and bridging the gap between ideas and execution. This is not a typical visual designer role. We’re seeking someone who thinks in systems, maps complex processes into intuitive experiences, and works directly with leadership, users, and engineers to bring a new category-defining product to life. This is a remote role based in the United States.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX strategy, product design, or systems design—ideally in enterprise SaaS
• Strong experience mapping multi-step workflows, personas, and systems-thinking approaches
• Exceptional communication and synthesis skills—you make complexity feel simple and elegant
• A builder’s mindset: excited to help shape early product structure, feedback loops, and feature prioritization
• High empathy for users and deep curiosity for how they work

Nice To Haves

• Experience in consulting tech, workflow tools, or platforms serving professional services
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or how to integrate human-AI interaction patterns
• Proficiency in prototyping and design tools (esp. Lucid, Figma)
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding basic technical constraints

Responsibilities

• Translate founder and stakeholder vision into structured product flows, wireframes, and functional user journeys
• Engage directly with users to understand workflows, frustrations, and hidden needs
• Lead discovery interviews, usability testing, and iterative design validation
• Define UX architecture for complex, enterprise-facing features and AI-assisted workflows
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define MVPs and shape delivery
• Help build and scale a UX culture
