About The Position

Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare training programs, prepares training materials, develops course content, determines training methodology, and coordinates development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and keep technical information up to date.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of exempt experience, or a master's degree and 4 years of exempt experience.
Equivalent education may be met by graduating from the NNS Apprentice School, having a high school education plus 5 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or other relevant non-exempt experience, or graduating from Navy Nuclear Power School.
Six years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade, and/or military experience may be used as equivalent to the required exempt experience, in addition to the education requirement.
U.S. citizenship is required.
