About The Position

The Program Manager of Training (Knowledge Manager) leads/supports the planning, design, governance, and delivery of training and knowledge programs across the IQVIA Digital organization. This role ensures knowledge and learning assets are strategically structured, instructionally sound, and designed using adult learning principles and modern learning design tools. The role combines program management, knowledge management, and learning design to deliver scalable, high‑quality enablement that supports business goals, product adoption, and employee performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in training program management, knowledge management, or learning operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with modern learning design tools, with Articulate 360 (Rise 360 and Storyline 360) a plus.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in product‑driven, technology, or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and knowledge platforms.
  • Sales training or sales enablement experience is a plus, including experience supporting onboarding, product training, or go ‑ to ‑ market readiness.
  • Program or project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end training and knowledge programs, including intake, prioritization, development, rollout, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain structured knowledge and learning architecture (learning paths, taxonomies, versioning, and governance).
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to ensure training is relevant, engaging, and job‑ready.
  • Oversee the design and development of learning assets using modern learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline).
  • Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, learner‑centric experiences.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Define and enforce standards for content quality, accuracy, compliance, accessibility, and brand alignment.
  • Partner with LMS and knowledge platform owners to support effective delivery and learner experience.
  • Track and report on training effectiveness, adoption, and impact; use data and feedback to optimize programs.
