About The Position

This role ensures that Nike footwear fits and performs up to the highest standards. The candidate will need strong interpersonal skills focused on developing tester relationships. Exceptional planning skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects are a must. They will be able to analyze data and present subjective feedback in a concise and understandable manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
• 2 years' experience in a professional working environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with athletes, coaches, and equipment managers.
• Ability to work flexible and odd hours based on athlete availability.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with spreadsheet database and statistical analysis procedures.
• Able to physically lift and carry items weighing 30 pounds.
• Ability to travel regionally in your own vehicle to meet with programs and athletes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the footwear, product testing, development, marketing, engineering, retail, customer service industry is preferred.
• Understanding of footwear components, materials, and inline productions processes is a plus.
• Passion for sport is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tennis footwear testing projects simultaneously.
• Plan and execute wear-testing programs, including tester recruitment and coordination.
• Analyze test data and communicate findings through clear, actionable reports.
• Provide recommendations on materials, components, and construction methods to achieve performance goals.
• Identify and communicate product performance issues that require attention prior to production.
• Serve as a bridge between athletes, testing insights, and product creation teams to improve footwear performance.
