HammerHead, a division of The Toro Company located in Lake Mills, Wisconsin, is seeking a Product Support Specialist. This role provides technical assistance and support for Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) and other underground technical equipment. The position is highly hands-on, with approximately 75% of time spent on in-house diagnostics, testing, and repair of equipment, and 25% on desk-based activities such as documentation, communication, and administration. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, as well as providing training and guidance to customers and field technicians. The role also involves direct sales support, establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and demonstrating a high level of mechanical aptitude and technical expertise with complex equipment systems.
