The Product Support Representative III serves as a compassionate and knowledgeable partner to our customers, providing expert support through phone and chat to help them confidently use our products every day. By troubleshooting complex product and software concerns, and guiding customers toward timely, effective solutions, this role directly supports our mission to make every day a better day for people with diabetes. Through documentation and collaboration, the Product Support Rep III also helps drive continuous product improvements—ensuring our solutions remain reliable, innovative, and centered on the needs of the people we serve.
