This role provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries. It involves responding to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions, and resolving customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. The representative will troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action. Additionally, they will document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development, and recreate client issues in a test environment, identifying and documenting how applications and systems interact to support business processes. Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM CST. This is a fully on-site position requiring the ability to commute to 4900 West Brown Deer Road, Brown Deer, WI 53223.
