The Product Support Engineer (PSE) provides technical support for the product portfolio of in-service products, that may include pressurized cylinders, consumer products/appliances, HVAC components, tools, or construction materials. This role provides post-launch technical product support, including evaluation and approval of engineering and artwork changes, configuration management, product marking compliance, and resolution of product application issues, while continually improving the quality of products. Responsibilities include supporting product performance improvement, cost-reduction initiatives, and providing technical collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, suppliers, and customers. The position may participate with New Product Development (NPD) and cross-functional teams, ensuring product designs consider applicable domestic and international regulatory requirements, certification standards, and industry best practices. The PSE will be relied upon to support continual improvement in order to enhance technical effectiveness, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
