About The Position

Ansell is looking for a Product Success Lead, Guardian to join their team. This role will ensure the global commercial organization fully leverages the Ansell GUARDIAN platform. This individual contributor role is critical to driving adoption and impact of Guardian across diverse markets, roles, and experience levels. As the internal “customer success” resource for Guardian, this individual will design and deliver training programs, learning content, and enablement tools tailored to sales managers, commercial leaders, and distribution partners worldwide. Beyond training, they will proactively engage stakeholders, analyze adoption patterns, and translate user feedback into actionable insights that shape the product roadmap. Reporting directly to the Director, Guardian, this role operates with high autonomy and cross-functional influence, serving as the bridge between the field and the product team to maximize Guardian’s value globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years in customer success, sales enablement, product enablement, or instructional design within B2B technology or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs across multiple regions, both in-person and digitally.
  • Familiarity with agile/iterative product development and collaboration with software teams.
  • Strong track record using data and analytics to measure training effectiveness and platform adoption.
  • Experience embedding training into enterprise L&D systems (LMS, learning portals) and working with CRM/sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional content creation skills, able to simplify complex platform capabilities into engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong analytical ability with hands-on use of adoption or product analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered tools (generative AI, content creation platforms, prototyping) as part of daily workflow.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, managing multiple global workstreams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with influence across matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Willingness to travel globally (10–20%25) to support training delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable training programs, e-learning modules, and interactive job aids tailored to sales managers, commercial leaders, and distribution partners worldwide.
  • Partner with L&D to embed Guardian training into onboarding and learning pathways; deliver role-specific training tracks and manage global rollout.
  • Own platform adoption metrics, track usage trends, and design targeted interventions to close adoption gaps.
  • Act as the structured feedback channel between users and the product team, translating field insights into actionable roadmap inputs.
  • Build trusted relationships with commercial leaders, sales teams, and distribution partners; ensure training and enablement align with upcoming product releases.
  • Serve as the bridge between the field and product team to maximize Guardian’s global impact.
