Sr. Product Specialist
About The Position
This job is responsible for managing projects related to ongoing product risk management assessments, product operational improvement and product growth objectives. This may also include gathering market information & performing product analyses across a variety of products to support respective Product Managers. Key responsibilities include assisting with development, execution, and tracking of product projects and campaigns by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data. Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Previous process design/ documentation experience (Visio, PowerPoint)
- Experience and understanding of Commercial lending
- Knowledge in market analysis/research focus and in-depth knowledge of products
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with International lending and / or international credit delivery
Responsibilities
- Project management in support of product risk management activities
- Identifies and creates comprehensive plans for product risk management development and deployment.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to fit clients’ existing or future needs and support continued growth and operational excellence
- Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners
- Collaborates to support Product Managers who oversee a set of products, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
- Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors to support products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
