Requirements

3-5 years’ experience in product sales, retail, or customer service roles, ideally within the beauty or medical aesthetics industry.
Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, cosmetic products, and treatment integration.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and positively influence client purchasing decisions.
Proficiency in point-of-sale and inventory management systems.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Being the resident expert for all things Skincare and maintaining strong knowledge of all of Rejuvenation’s key brands
Attend product trainings as required to stay up to date on product knowledge and learn about new products
Merchandise products according to clinic brand guidelines and planograms, and also assist with changing over seasonal displays
Maintain a clean workspace and storefront to create an inviting environment for patients to browse products
Answer questions regarding skincare products and assist clients in building a personalized skincare regimen
Work with Clinic Management team to maintain inventory levels and assist with monthly inventory counts; provide list to management as needed to indicate products that must be ordered
Coordinate and work closely with clinic management team to complete inventory at the end of each month to ensure inventory counts are accurate and complete for both inventory on the floor and in product room
Ensure product shelves are sufficiently stocked and replenish stock at least on a daily basis
When absent from the product desk, work with clinic leadership team to ensure proper coverage is obtained and communicate with covering team member to ensure seamless operations of the product counter at all times
