About The Position

The Product Specialist uses a technical background in home appliance and electronic products to enhance product service guides and content. The role involves independently translating complex functional and technical requirements, providing improvements, and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge. The position is a 12-month contract based onsite in Plano, Texas.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Two to three years of experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work as a team player and communicate with different groups.
• Hands-on experience with home appliance products.
• Basic knowledge for analysis.
• Comfort reviewing technical documents and uploading them to a system.

Nice To Haves

• Two to three years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical knowledge of home appliance and electronic product development.
• Prepare and review technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation manuals, and service manuals.
• Report and follow up on issues found while reviewing manuals.
• Communicate with Product Support teams to improve the quality of service guides and content.
• Review technical documents and upload them to the system.
