Our platform replaces manual, error-prone workflows with real-time, guided systems that improve safety, reduce risk, and simplify compliance across residential care settings. We support providers across the U.S. with a multi-role platform used by administrators, caregivers, and individuals. Our solution has been proven to reduce medication errors by approximately 48%, directly impacting the safety of individuals in IDD group homes and assisted living facilities. We are solving complex, high-impact problems in healthcare where reliability, usability, and operational workflows matter. We are looking for a Product Specialist to help drive product execution, workflow validation, and cross-functional coordination across our platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to understand workflows, gather requirements, document feature requests, validate functionality, and help ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and fixes. You will serve as a product and workflow expert, helping translate operational and clinical needs into clearly defined requirements that engineering teams can effectively implement. You will also play a key role in backlog refinement, user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, and ensuring that customer feedback and product requests are properly tracked and communicated. This is a highly collaborative role in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment where attention to detail, communication, and operational understanding are critical.
