  • Able to perform bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and lifting of moderate to heavyweight material up to 50 lbs. with assistance from equipment or other employees.
  • Ability to frequently use hands and arms.
  • Vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work responsibly and professionally in dynamic job sites that may involve tight timelines, changing priorities, and interaction with customers and team members.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach for extended periods while servicing equipment.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces or awkward positions, including accessing equipment interiors and elevated areas.
  • Strong hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills required for precise electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic work.
  • Ability to work in industrial environments, with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions, while consistently wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

  • Interface with the sales and engineering teams to ensure we deliver the right message to customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop technical product collateral such as brochures, explanation of benefits, videos and more.
  • Gather information in conjunction with engineering to ensure technical info is correct and presented in an appropriate manner.
  • Field technical questions in the sales process.
  • Report issues to the engineering team post-sale.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to discuss product benefits, problems, or concerns.
  • Assist in creating and distributing product collateral.
  • Assist in identifying potential customers for products.
  • Follow up with current customers during new product launches.
  • Listen to customer complaints and relay pertinent information to engineering and product development team.
  • Work with different departments within the company to ensure information is correct and tasks are completed.
  • Perform related duties as required.
