About The Position

Porsche West Broward, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a tech-savvy Delivery Coordinator/Product Specialist to join their team. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver's license and good driving record may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

Prepare customer vehicles for delivery.
Explain the benefits and features of vehicles to customers.
Provide additional dealership sales support as required.
Establish personal sales and income goals and implement a plan of action to achieve them.
Effectively promote the value and benefits of products and services using multiple communication methods, adjusting communication style as required.
Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impact retail automotive sales.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Process data and organize it for management analysis.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
