About The Position

Porsche West Broward, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a tech-savvy Delivery Coordinator/Product Specialist to join their team. The Product Specialist will be responsible for preparing customer vehicles for delivery, explaining vehicle features and benefits, and providing additional dealership sales support.   • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer vehicles for delivery.
  • Explain the benefits and features of vehicles to customers.
  • Provide additional dealership sales support as required.
  • Establish personal sales and income goals and implement a plan of action to achieve them.
  • Effectively promote the value and benefits of products and services using multiple communication methods, adjusting communication style as required.
  • Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impact retail automotive sales.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Process data and organize it for management analysis.
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
